"DEJA VU"

It's not uncommon for current fashion and beauty looks to return to seasons past. Case in point: this season's fall beauty trends. Taking a page from its fashion counterparts, this season's beauty looks range from vintage to updated mod. With looks taken from the 40s, 50s and 60s --- even a dash of the 70s tossed in, Fall 2004 blends a little something from each decade. It's anything goes, as long as it came from the past. One consistent element seen is the touch of femininity, no matter what decade a look is being drawn from. Here are a few looks from this season that captured our attention: �šHip and Happening Look - think of Audrey Hepburn and Twiggy. This look focuses on the eyes. The eyes are bold, but not harsh like the original 60s look (remember the heavy fake eyelashes and pale colors?) Using the lips as the center of attention, this looks exudes femininity. It's sun-kissed and sweet. �šClassic Look - think of Grace Kelly. This look is clean and nude. Monochromatic tones are used on the eyes, cheeks and lips to give a neutral palette, creating a classic, elegant look.
